What kind of wood do you use for fences?
Pressure-treated pine for most privacy fences — it holds up to NW Arkansas humidity and rain. We source from local lumber yards, not big-box bargain stock. Cedar is available on request.
How deep do you set fence posts?
At least 24–30 inches in concrete, depending on the fence height and soil conditions. Shallow posts are the #1 reason fences lean within a few years. We do it right the first time.
Do you build gates too?
Yes. We build custom gates that swing smooth and latch secure — walk gates, driveway gates, and access gates. A gate is only as good as its hinges and post, and we don't cut corners on either.
Do I need a permit for a fence?
Some cities and HOAs in Benton and Washington counties require permits or have height restrictions. We know the local requirements and will tell you what your project needs.
