Our Approach to Decks

A deck is only as good as what's underneath it. We set proper footings, use quality fasteners, and build framing that won't sag or twist.

We go the extra mile. We don't sell cheap stuff, we build quality stuff. And everything we do, we guarantee.

Where Our Lumber Comes From

We buy framing lumber, decking, and fasteners from local NW Arkansas lumber yards — not big-box bargain bins. The difference shows up years later: lumber that was properly stored and graded doesn't warp, twist, or split the way discount stock does. When you're standing on a deck we built, you're standing on material that came from a local supplier who knows this climate.

Deck FAQ

What kind of wood do you use for decks?

Pressure-treated pine is the standard for NW Arkansas — it holds up to our humidity and rain when sealed properly. We also build with cedar on request. We source lumber from local yards, not big-box bargain bins.

How long does a wood deck last?

15–20 years with proper sealing and maintenance. The frame usually outlasts the decking surface. We build the frame right so you can re-deck later without rebuilding from scratch.

Do you pull permits for deck builds?

If your city or HOA requires it, yes. We know the permitting process in Benton County and Washington County and handle it as part of the project.

Can you build a covered deck or pergola?

Yes. Covered decks, pergolas, and integrated seating are common additions. We design around how you actually use the space.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We come out, measure, look at access and framing needs, and give you a written quote.
